Making A Purchase How to Shop:

How to Buy online ? We have tried to keep shopping online as simple as possible. First of all click on the word _ Products_ at the top of your screen. This shows a list of all the collections that we offer for sale. Click on any collection that you find interesting and this will then take you to the individual designs within that collection. When you see a design that you would like to buy, click on the _ Add to cart_ button at the bottom of the design. This will let you view the items in the cart if your are happy with your order. You can then return to the collections page and continue shopping and add as many items as you like, or go to the checkout. To see what you have chosen and how much you have spent, click on _ view cart_ at the top of the page. At this point you can remove kits from your basket or increase quantities.
Until you have given your credit card information and clicked the _ Submit Order_ button, you are not committed to buying anything. When you are ready to purchase your kits, click on the _ Checkout_ button. This takes you to our secure on-line ordering facility.

What Happens at the Checkout? Once you have entered the secure on-line ordering facility, you will be asked for your name, address, delivery address, e-mail address, and credit/debit card details. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro credit cards and Switch and Solo debit cards. When you are happy with your order and completed all the relevant sections of the on-line order form click the _ Submit Order_ button. Shortly thereafter we will contact you by e-mail to confirm you order. Your credit/debit card will be debited just before the dispatch of your purchase. Then, in no time at all you will either be stitching your wonderful cross-stitch design, or your friend will be opening their lovely gift. Happy stitching!
Shipping And Handling Overseas Customers We will only charge you £3.00 (Europe) and £4.00 (outside Europe) to cover postage and packaging per order, regardless of where you live. This charge will be added automatically at the bottom of your order form

You can pay by Visa or MasterCard credit card and Delta or Switch debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Please refer to our Security guarantee Statement for further details. · Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. · You will not pay anything extra when you pay by credit card or debit card · Postage and Packing are included in the price for UK customers.

Delivery Schedule Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours, but please allow 28 days for delivery. · Products are delivered by Royal Mail · We will do our best to secure delivery but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. · If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund or replace the item. · Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and indicate whether you require a replacement. · Once the items are received at our premises we will action a refund within 5 days and send you a confirmation via e-mail.
