Celebrate the 700th anniversary of the Declaration of Arbroath in 1320 ! This magnificent sampler depicts the life of the
legendary Robert The Bruce, who fought for and won Scotland’s independence. He was victorious against the English at Bannockburn where he won against all the odds and was later recognised by Pope John XXII as the rightful king of Scotland. His body was laid to rest in Dunfermline Abbey, but his noble heart is buried at Melrose Abbey.
