This very pretty needlework collection has a lovely story behind it.
In the Sixteenth century in Stirling Castle, Scotland there hung a series of amazing woven tapestry wallhangings. They depicted hunting scenes, flowers and animals. They were huge and stunning pieces of medieval needlework.
Today those original wallhangings can be seen at The Metropolitan Museum in New York in the Cloisters venue.
Cobweb Designs was commissioned by Historic Scotland to design needlework kits to celebrate this fabulous project.
